Who Is O’Neil Luscombe?
On September 4th, 2016...
I woke up in the hospital paralyzed from the waist down...

The seconds ticked by as I tried to piece together what had happened and how I ended up here…but my mind was drawing a blank.

The only thing I knew was that I was in bad shape…

Looking down at the rest of my broken body, I looked half mummified with the casts enveloping me like I was being prepped to be put in a sarcophagus.

Naturally, I panicked.

I felt broken and scared.

And no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t remember what happened or how I got here.
That question kept flashing through my mind like lightning strikes in the dark
I didn’t have to wait long to get that question answered though…

A few moments later a doctor slipped in with a cloud of regret and pity hanging over his head.

“O’Neil, you’ve been in a very serious motorcycle accident. [...] There’s a good chance your body will never fully recover, and you probably won’t be able to walk for at least a year.”

He might as well have pulled out a pistol and shot a lead bullet straight into my heart.

I collapsed back on the hospital bed like a man about to exhale his last breath and drowned out the last of the doctor’s words.

At the time I was in great shape, active, and ran a successful clothing business. I even had a girlfriend who I loved and I thought my life was going exactly how I wanted it to…

But that morning in the hospital was the beginning of the end…

Over the next year I spent confined to my house unable to walk, my life crumbled around me.

We actually stopped doing in person training because it's not very realistic for long term results Any good coach charges about $80 a session x3 sessions a week is $960 a month.

Times that by 12 months and you're gonna pay $11,520 a year which is how long you'll need for results with personal training.

That’s usually not even including nutrition & accountability outside of the gym which is 90% of the results. ❌

There are a few reasons why some people prefer the approach I take, especially when it comes to staying motivated.

Unfortunately, It’s very common in the fitness industry for clients to not get the support they need from their program. This is why it’s extremely important to do the research before you hire someone.

Before I even go on a strategy session with someone who wants to work with us, they are required to go through our transformations, reviews, video testimonials and if they would like, speak to a past or current client so they have 100% confidence that we can get the job done.

Physiological and mindset wise you committing to 4 months is part of the process. If you’re already looking for a way out then you’re not committed to this process.

I can understand if you’re scared because a few things didn’t work in the past but this is exactly why you need help because you are stuck and I think your mindset is part of that.

This is not what the doctors want to tell you because westernized medicine is a mutli billion dollar industry and the more people they can get hooked on pills, the more they get paid.

When I had my traumatic motorcycle accident I was never told about eating healthy for recovery or exercise, but they put me on a prescription of painkillers for a year which actually made my recovery twice as long as it should have been.

Our program also focuses a lot on breaking those self limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from your true potential.
